With this privacy policy TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG ("We" in the following) informs you about which personal data will be collected during your visit to our websites and how they will be processed by us in the following. Personal data are all data relatable to you personally, such as e-mail address or user behaviour.

If you use our website without registering, logging in, signing in or without passing information on to us in any form (such as our e-mail contact forms), we do not collect any personal data except those passed on to us by the Internet browser to make your visit to our website possible, such as:

7. Use of Google Analytics

The information created by the cookie about your use of our websites (such as your anonymized IP address) is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the IP anonymization initiated by us, your IP address is shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union and in other contracting states of the agreement across the European economic area before the data are transmitted to the Google server. It is only in exceptional cases that the complete IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. As per our order, Google will use this information to create reports about the website activities and provide further services for us as website operator in connection with the use of the websites and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted from your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be combined by Google with other data.

8.1 You have the right at all times to demand information from us about your stored data, as well as their origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom these data are transmitted and the purpose of their storage. You can at all times revoke the consent of the use of data you have granted.
